京丹後一愛される魚屋を目指して、鮮魚や干物だけでなく、地元産の野菜など生鮮青果物も販売している橘商店。自然豊かな山々や農地からの豊富な栄養分を含んだ海で育ったマガキは、身が大きく肉厚で濃厚な味わいだ。
