［湯布院 ジャズとようかん］の「ジャズ羊羹 classic」は、国産小豆と沖縄県産の黒糖を使用した羊羹の中に、ワインに一昼夜漬け込んだドライいちじくがたっぷり入った見た目も美しいスイーツ。

鍵盤部分まで職人の手作業で丁寧に作られており、黒糖の風味といちじくの芳醇な香り、すっきりとした甘みが特徴だ。珈琲や赤ワインとも相性抜群。
