「レストラン1899お茶の水」は、日本茶を「淹れる」「食べる」 をコンセプトに、飲むお茶、お茶料理、お茶スイーツを提供しているレストラン。

イチゴと日本茶をメインにしたアフタヌーンティープレートは、和紅茶を使用したパフェやタルト、自家製の抹茶パンケーキなど９品を楽しめる。
