山本山「のりテリーヌ」

山本山の「のりテリーヌ」は、山本山の焼海苔「あさくさ」を使用した新感覚スイーツ。

有明海で採れたパリパリ食感になめらかな口どけと豊かな風味が特徴の海苔を粉末にして、カカオ分の多いクーベルチュールチョコレートと合わせ、日本酒をアクセントに加えることで磯の香りを抑えつつも海苔の旨味を引き出している。
